Ordering and Shipping Information - Oak Hill daylily garden is inspected and licensed by the State of Illinois Department of Agriculture. All of our plants are field grown with mulch and organic fertilizers. No tissue culture or BAP plants. We do not have a greenhouse.
ORDERING: There is no minimum order required. All plants will be a minimum of double fans and be blooming size. We are working on downsizing the garden and will send extra fans of a cultivar, if we have them.
Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please let us know. We will be happy to give you an exchange or a full refund if plants are returned within 48 hours with the tags still attached.
At this time, we only ship in the Continental USA.
Your plants will be shipped by UPS unless you live in an area where they do not deliver. Shipping costs is $12.00 for the first plant (double or single fan) and then $3.00 for each additional plant. When your plants are on the way you will receive an email notification with tracking #.
If you live locally, you may pick your order up to save shipping costs.
PAYMENT: Your selections will be held for two weeks awaiting payment. We accept checks, money orders, Paypal and Venmo. Illinois residents please add 8.25% sales tax to your order. Our Paypal address is: oakhilldaylilies@gmail.com At this time we do not accept credit cards, but you can use a credit card through Paypal.The Venmo address is: @Bonnie-Nichols-34. Please make checks or money orders payable to Oak Hill Daylilies and mail to Bonnie Nichols, 23871 Oak Drive, Athens, IL 62613.
NOTE: Paypal has changed their policy. Now, all cancelled orders that we refund result in us having to pay the fees for your order, even if your order is fully refunded. As a result of this change in policy, the fees for using Paypal will be subtracted from any refunds for cancelled orders.
RUST: Our garden has been rust free for several years now. However, it is possible that new plants from the south added to the garden in September will have rust and infect the garden. We do not spray for rust. Our winter kills the rust spores.
BONUS: Minimum order is $50. Bonus will be approximately 25% of your order, excluding shipping costs. Bonus will be our choice and will often be extra fans of what you ordered. However, we welcome bonus plant suggestions from you. Feel free to send a list of possible bonus plants with your choice of payment.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Make a wonderful gift for friends and family that love gardening. Daylilies provide years of enjoyment. Available in any denomination that you choose. Please call or email the amount you want your gift certificate for. Then, I will send an invoice and once payment is received, your gift certificate will be sent in an attachment.
